Product Description

KORLEN Distribution Box is made of high-strength engineering plastics (PC + ABS), featuring excellent insulation, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor power distribution systems. The product complies with the GB/T 20641 standard and has a protection level of IP65, effectively preventing dust and water ingress, and also has flame retardant properties (UL94 V-0 grade).

Q4: How long is your delivery time?

Our delivery time is determined according to the purchase quantity. Generally, it is about 3-40 days, less than 300 pieces within 5 days, 300-2000 pieces within 7-15 days, 2000-20000 only within 15-40 days.

Q5: How is the weather resistance of the distribution box? Can it be used outdoors for a long time?

It adopts UV stabilizer + PC/ABS composite material. Through ISO4892-2 ultraviolet aging test, the outdoor service life is ≥ 10 years. An optional UV-resistant coating can further enhance the weather resistance.

Q6: Does it support DC photovoltaic applications?

The entire series supports the DC1500V system. It is equipped with an internal slot for islanding protection and has passed the TUV photovoltaic-specific certification.

Q7: What are the specific test conditions for the IP65 protection level?

According to the IEC60529 standard, IP65 indicates complete dust-proof (level 6) and water-resistant (level 5). It means that it can resist low-pressure water jets (with a nozzle diameter of 12.5mm and a flow rate of 30L/min).

Q8: Is there a pre-installed cable hole in the box? What is the range of the hole diameter?

The standard configuration includes 6 detachable knock-down holes with diameters ranging from Φ20 to Φ50 mm (position adjustable), and additional waterproof cable connectors can be installed (optional).

Q9: What are the installation specifications for DIN rails?

Standard configuration is 35mm standard rails (EN60715), compatible with all modular circuit breakers/surge protectors. Special requirements can be customized with 15mm or 75mm rails.

Q10: What about the material and pressure-bearing capacity of the transparent window?

It is made of 5mm thick impact-resistant polycarbonate (transmittance ≥ 92%), which can withstand 50J mechanical impact.
